i am between 

 two inward-facing       

  mirrors, studying 

   their interplay. 

    i am looking deep 

     into the double reflections, 

      which eventually collapse into 

        themselves, disappearing 

         into a zero-point black hole. 

          the black hole shifts position 

           according to my every movement.

            i can never quite adjust my eye line so 

             as to gaze directly into the infinite regress 

              of reflections; i am denied this possibility of 

               symmetry- infinities have their limits (in this case, 

                 i myself am the limit). i try to see the phenomenon as a whole, 

                  but inevitably start counting the incidences of reflection, 

                   enforcing the distinctions, imposing theories.................
